New Execs

If you are a newly elected set of officers for your club please make sure that you complete this form and send it back to Caroline immediately. If you don't then we can't keep you informed and you will not know about meetings that may affect your funding for next year. Please notify her of any changes to any exec members email address or telephone number.

Helpful Hints

Throughout your year in office you will find there are numerous questions you need answering ranging from transport issues to trials and training sessions and invariably when you need to know something it will be outside of office hours. In a bid to help you with this we have put together a document which you can download covering a miriad of subjects relating to the AU. Hard copies are available (3 per club) but if these are lost or other members of the exec wish to have a copy then here it is.

Freshers Fair

To help you make the most of this opportunity to recruit new players you will need to have a stall at Freshers' Fair. To assist the AU President in organising the event please complete and return this document.

Activities Day

Activities Day is the perfect opportunity for AU Clubs to showcase themselves prior to Freshers Fair - and if clubs wish to participate this year, then click here and return the form to the AU President

Constitutions

All clubs must have a constitution which outlines how the club will be run and the rules that everyone must follow.

This is an example constitution that can be used to help you create or amend your own.

Weekly Team Sheets

These need to be completed by the captain and handed in to the AU President by the Friday of the week preceding the match.

Competition Report

This document should be completed by those Clubs who enter competitions/events throughout the year rather than competing in the BUSA conference leagues.
