Responsibilities of a College Sports Rep

Promoting the Carter Shield to the students of your college through your JCR

Attending the Freshers Fair to promote the Carter Shield programme

Organising and running the Sports Day and Taster Sessions

Entering a team in all of the Carter Shield events throughout the year

Completing a team sheet for each event

Meetings

There will be at least two meetings per term and at least one sports rep from each college must attend. The procedure regarding submitting agenda items can be found in the constitution.
