Society Registration 2008

All societies must re-register every year to stay affiliated to LUSU and gain all the benefits which affiliation includes.

Here is the combined Registration and Fresher's Fair form 2008; this must be completed and emailed to the Activities Developer by midday on Monday 14th July.

If you have more exec members than there are spaces on the form then use the Extra Exec Form to complete the details for the rest of the positions.

The form must be emailed from the Lancaster email address of the President. Do not send the form from any other email address or print it out and hand it in.

Sending in the form registers the society which means that the society agrees to the declaration on the final page; the President has the responsibility of agreeing to the declaration on behalf of the society. Therefore the form must be sent from the Presidents Lancaster email address as a digital signature of that agreement.

We can only accept electronic copies of the completed form because all our records are digital and the information needs to be transferred digitally.

To complete the form you will just need to fill in the boxes in the appropriate places, there is help available on the form.

Several of the sections such as the Execs details only need to be updated if they are different from the information we have on record.

The document is in MS Word format, all the computers on campus have MS Word so the form can be completed on any of these.
