Congratulations on being elected and welcome to being an exec.

Firstly, as a new exec please can you complete the New Exec Form and email it to Student Activities immediately to ensure we have your current details and that you receive information which is relevant and useful to you.

If you have too many exec members to fit on the form then please use the extra exec form to add the rest of you exec members and email the extra exec form as well.

Please complete the forms electronically and email them, LUSU needs an electronic copy and therefore cannot accept a written version. With written forms handwriting can often be difficult to read which could cause mistakes to be made when using the information.

The form must be emailed from the Presidents Lancaster email address (...@lancaster.ac.uk) to show that they agree to the declaration. Agreeing to the declaration is a requirement to stay affiliated to LUSU and a Lancaster email address is the only way we can confirm that the email is coming from the correct person.

Take time to read all the sections of this website as it contains a lot of useful information and documents. The handbook should be especially useful in giving you the knowledge you need to be a successful exec.

Please note that there will also be training available for new Execs at the start of the summer term to help you have the skills to run a successful society. Go to the Training section for this years dates and more information.
