For anyone wanting to run for a JCR Exec position sign-up sheets are up in the JCR. Nominations will close on FRIDAY WEEK 7. For anyone wanting to to know more about elections or positions feel free to email current officers about their roles or for just general information please email l.fernihough@lancs.ac.uk

Hustings will be Monday Week 8 where all candidates must be present. You will be expected to make a short speech about your plans and what you will offer in the position. This will be followed by individual and group questions by those in attendance.  

The elections themselves will be held on Thursday week 8

A couple of points:
You may only run for one position
Current officers may not nominate or second you
Once officially running you must abide by the union election rules, which can be obtained from the above email address
