About your position:
Hey, I’m one of the two social secs in Grizedale the other being Adz. Basically our role includes organising all the socials that the college has both in the bar and outside of it. We sit on college management, which discusses the everyday business of the college. We also sit on the extrav subcommittee helping the president to organise extrav along with helping the sports reps with mini extrav. As social sec new are also involved in the organising of intro week next year with the VP and the Christmas ball. All in all it is a busy job, which takes up a lot of your time, with the meetings you have to attend and the time you spend on the phone, but I love it. Work has a tendency to take a back seat especially as I spend the majority of my time in the bar so if you need me that’s probably the best place to find me. If you have any questions then come and find me and ill do my best to answer them, if you have any suggestions I’d love to hear them, so come and let me know.

Alrite, I’m Ads, one of the your Social Secs. I know the picture might fool you but I am actually male! Along with Torri, were the ones that will be organising your socials throughout the year so if there’s anything that you want to do that seems to have been ignored then just ask one of us two and we’ll try and give it a go. From the major events such as Extrav and Christmas Ball to the weekly quiz we’ll be trying to keep you entertained.
I’m a second year doing Economics and Geography, which is as boring as it sounds. When I’m not trying desperately to get a degree, I’m usually found in Grizedale Bar playing pool or just putting of some work that I’m meant to be doing!
