Every team plays on a Wednesday and a mixture of the three teams plays on a Saturday. Therefore, the team sheets for each squad will go out every monday after training for the Wednesday fixture. With regards to the Saturday fixtures, the team sheet will be decided by the club captain after the 2nd training session (Thursday) and will be displayed that night.
