Very very well done to those of you who took part in the jamboree of drinking

games! For those of you who weren't there, (or were there and can't remember!)

the defenders (Chester, Moose, Georgia and Emma) won hands down. But considering

Jack the Sipper scored minus 35 points in the first bar I think the attackers

did well to still be in with a shout! It was another cracking social though and

those of you who miss them really do miss out!

Next up is Pirate Night on Wednesday of Week 4. We're playing against Preston at home so we should be back in good time. The plan is to avenge our Lancashire Cup defeat then home for a quick

shower and snack (or three course meal if you're called Sue Wynes!) get our

eyepatches on and our cutlasses out, then Cartmel Bar for 7 o'clock. We'll do a campus bar crawl (omitting County in protest at the knobhead licensee's refusal

to serve us last time!) then head to El Carletono for further drinking, dancing

and debauchery!

The theme is Pirates and as always there will be prizes for best

costume, use of props and so forth.
