Language Swap

'Get your tongue in a twist'

Language Swap is a free service run by the Graduate Student Association for Lancaster University students and staff.

# Are you learning a language, or have fallen out of practise after language lessons at school finished?

# Do you want to practise your speaking skills with a native or fluent speaker?

# Do you want to perfect your English, or hope to teach it as a foreign language?

Then Language Swap might be for you.

Practise a language that you are learning, by chatting with a fluent speaker, while helping them at the same time for free!

HOW DO I JOIN?

Simply fill out the form found at http://www.lusu.co.uk/gsa/langswap/join.html and we'll then enter you into the language swap database. When someone else matches up with your spoken and practise languages, we'll send you each other's email addresses and details.

It's then up to you to get in touch and organise a time and place to meet and practise. We'll also give you some suggestions to get you started!

If you have any more questions, please have a look at the Frequently Asked Questions, or if it is not answered there, please email:

GSA language swap [at] gmail.com

We also have a Facebook group if you want to swap ideas, or meet some other participants.
