To register for the Purple Card and use voucher booklets you must be a registered student at Lancaster University.

You must supply a valid email address and your details must be correct and accurate. You must inform us of any changes.

When you register to use LUSU online you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us.

Whilst LUSU aims to maintain the best service possible, it reserves the right to:

1. Change terms and conditons at any time

2. Change or withdraw offers at any time

3. Withdraw or cancel the scheme

Purple Card holders will be notified of such changes by email.

We are not responsible for the promotions, products and services from third party suppliers. These are offered according to that supplier's terms and conditions.

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer either your card or any of your rights under these terms and conditions.

Lost cards or stolen cards are not the responsibility of LUSU and replacement will be charged at full cost.

All promotions are offered in good faith and are subject to availability, while stocks last.

A purplecard must be shown to redeem any offer

Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with other offers.

Vouchers may be refused redemption if breach of security or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not effected.

Each Voucher is not valid beyond the expiry date shown on its face.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash nor sold or transferred for value.

A voucher can only be redeemed once per customer.

Vouchers may only be used in conjunction with a valid Purple Card.

Terms and Conditions do not affect statutory rights.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the the English courts.

Details provided by you will be used to aid the administration of LUSU services. Your information will be stored securely and neither shared or passed on to any third parties. In addition, we may also use your contact details to send you information about student issues, welfare, activities, events and promotions. Once you've registered for the Purple Card and logged on with your password, you can choose which information you are interested in receiving. You'll be able to check and change this at any time.
