These societies can be re-started if there is enough student interest and a group who are willing to run the society.
Folded Societies
Here is the infomation they used to advertise themselves while they were active:
European Union
Jugglers
The juggling society is a very friendly society who meet once a week to play with juggling equipment, juggling balls/clubs, unicycles , diabolo, poi and snakeboards! One of the more popular events among members is fire, and we have a good range of fire kit, including fire juggling balls and clubs, a devil stick, and fire diabolo.
No experience is needed, just turn up and we'll endeavour to teach you what you need to know, and then we'll go and be social :)
Its all very easy going, and we welcome new members at any stage of the year.

United Nations Association
In LUUNA we attempt to provide a politically neutral forum which has the purpose of promoting greater cultural relations between British and International students, and raising awareness of global issues through impartial discussions and events. We feel that the cultural side to university is one that is overlooked by many people, and our Society serves to cater for that aspect of university life.
Effectively, this means that we cover a wide variety of political interests through our weekly events, and everybody is welcome to join * become a member of LUUNA and join others who have the same concern for the future of the world as you do. It costs only £6 to join for the year and members also gain automatic membership of the national United Nations Association. Please contact us for more information!
