Welcome to Lancaster University Women's Cricket Club!

 

We are a close-knit, friendly and enthusiastic group of girls, who train hard and love a social. 

 

We welcome new and experienced players from all backgrounds, with no kit needed, so don't worry if you have never picked up a bat before, we will be more than happy to teach you the ropes. For our more experienced players, we will look to help you improve your skills further and support you in your development as a cricketer. 

 

In the summer we play in the nationwide BUCS league in the Women's Northern Tier 1 (1B) division, and most importantly, in the famous ROSES tournament against York. #ROSESARERED

 

Our club has a strong sense of community, with regular socials organised for team bonding, from the classic Wednesday sport social nights, to cozy quiz nights, you will quickly feel at home with the team.
